Your rollout will be Director led and handled by a dedicated team consisting of EDEN Lead + Team, Microsoft Azure specialist and Project Manager ensuring everything goes smoothly and to plan.
Although EDEN is an incredibly intuitive solution with a very straight forward learning curve, we are able to provide optional (formal or informal) EDEN training sessions ensuring that your staff or product ambassadors get the most out of EDEN.
Our complete maintenance package includes server monitoring, regular maintenance and importantly an SLA backed support service for any user or platform issues.
