EDEN prevents release of patient without appropriate Coroner’s and relative’s authority. Organs must be reunited with patient’s body and tissues being accounted for prior to release.

Tracks progress of each individual patient at every stage of the mortuary process. EDEN tracks which staff member carried out each action and when.

Coroners Referrals

Records Coroner’s referrals and Post Mortem Examination and Supplementary Post Mortem Examination notes and prevents release of patient without the Coroner’s authority.

Comprehensive diary management recording all appointments such as family viewings, property collection, funeral director, certificate collection, etc. Intelligent safeguards bring up warnings about viewing consent and double bookings.

System Integration

Eden can provide out of the box API integration engines to act as middleware in between hospital records and Eden.
Eden also offers API access for reporting/dashboard/BI purposes.

Correspondence

Eden offers a comprehensive correspondence record keeping for all interactions with next of kins, funeral directors, internal staff notes, public funeral notes, doctor bleeps etc.

Data Retrieval / Search Facility

Full search capability for each field by date, task, person. All results are fully exportable to Excel for further data analysis.

Self Sufficient System Administration
